Bravery

I made this feat partially because it bothered me how quite a number of humanoid monsters had "Brave" as a trait, such as the Knight and Cultist stat blocks, when players could only get the same ability by being a Halfling or multiclassing into the Undead Warlock. So, now everybody can nab it as a feat. Additionally it boosts your Wisdom score by 1, making it a nice way to round off an odd number, and even if you do get frightened you now have advantage on saving throws made to end the condition (which I don't believe the Halfling Brave trait does).
