The blood of Loufane, the child of Rillifane and Selûne has been awakened within you:
- Your eyes change color in the light of the moon, the left reflects the fullness of the moon, the right bears the vibrancy of nature.
- You always know which way is north.
- You can a permanent state of speak with animals.
- You gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
- You gain advantage on Wisdom (Survival - hunting) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
- You gain advantage of animal handling checks made for Hounds, wargs, dogs, and the like.
- You gain disadvantage of animal handling checks made for cats, large cats, and the like.
- You gain disadvantage on Charisma checks made with Tabaxi, Lionel, and other catfolk.
- You gain a hunger for rare meat.
- You gain a beastly musk and your hair gains a coarser, more unruly nature.
- Increase your Dex or Con score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Increase your Wis or Con score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Your unarmed strike and improvized weapon attacks gain a double proficiency bonus.
- You regain use of your wolf form on a save of 11 or higher at dawn.
- Whenever you shift from wolf form into your human state, gain 1 Level of Exhaustion.
- IF you have not shifted into your wolf form since the last full moon, at the rise of the next full moon you shift into your wolf form until the next full moon
Wolf weakness:
- Gain a vulnerability to silver.
Bloodlust:
- When you take damage at half health or lower roll a d6, on a 1, if able, you are forced into your wolf form. If unable to transform take 1d4 psychic damage and your next attack but be reckless.
Wolf Form:
- You may shift into your wolf form for a maximum of one hour.
- Your armor, weapons, and anything you are bearing/wearing melt into your new transformation. Your AC becomes 12 + CON + Proficiency Bonus.
- Your feats stack with your wolf form.
- You gain two new attacks with your hybrid form:
- Claw Attack: 1d6 slashing damage + strength modifier - You may use this attack as a bonus action This attack's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
- Bite Attack: 1d8 piercing damage + strength modifier - After a successful bite attack you may use your bonus action to make your target do a Strength Save (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your strength modifier) or be knocked prone. This attack's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
- You can’t cast spells or concentrate on spells.
- Your ability to speak is reduced to short, basic, guttural responses. You must make a WIS DC11 save to understand basic commands given in a language you know.
- You gain Superior Darkvision, with no limitation to the range of vision. Terrain, distance, and line of sight are the only limitations to the subject's ability to see, and the normal Spot check penalties apply on attempts to descry distant or small objects or creatures.
- You gain an additional 10ft. of speed.
- You gain temporary hit points according to one third of your maximum life rounded down. These points do not carry over when you shift back into your human form.
- Your stats remain the same as your humanoid state.
- Natural Hunter - Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack that deals slashing damage, you can reduce the speed of the target by 10 feet until the start of your next turn,
- Sharp Fangs - when you score a critical hit that deals piercing damage to a creature, you grievously wound it. Until the start of your next turn, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls.
