You have mastered the use of shield for defending your allies, granting you the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As a reaction, if an ally that you can see within 5 feet of you is attacked by a weapon attack, you can use your shield to make the attack roll with a disadvantage.
- As a bonus action, you can use your shield to enter a defensive stance. You and your allies behind you within 5 feet now have half cover until you end the stance. While doing this your speed becomes zero.
