You have a pair of wings sprouting from your back, the legacy of your ancestors, the winged elves of old.  You have a flying speed of 60 ft if you are wearing light or no armor, or 40 ft if you are wearing medium armor.  Your speed is reduced by half if you are encumbered.  You can't fly while wearing heavy armor, unless it is magically altered to make flight possible.  Regardless of weight, your clothing and armor must be specially created or altered to accommodate your wings.

You cannot take this feat if you are a Sea Elf or a Drow.
