As an action, you can adopt a Crackling Form that lasts for a minute, or until dismissed.
Once per long rest, you can use your action to embody the heart of the storm. For the next minute, you gain the following benefits:
- You are immune to lightning and thunder damage.
- You gain a flying speed of 30 feet. If you are still flying when the effect ends, you fall unless you can somehow prevent it.
- Any creature that moves within 5 feet of you for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there takes 1d10 lightning and 1d10 thunder.
- You can use your action to create a bolt of lightning 15 feet long and 5 feet wide extending from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d8 lightning damage and 2d8 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
