You have fought all kinds of creatures with just your fists, developing a terrifying technique that makes the rivals you subdue feel the true meaning of the word "pain". As long as you are not using any weapons or shields, and both hands are unoccupied, you can apply the following effects:
•Increase your Strenght score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
•When you grapple a creature, you can deal a number of d4 Bludgeoning damage equal to your Strenght modifier. Target creature takes this damage again at the start of each of your turns as long as it remains under your grip.
•You have advantage on contests of strength ability checks to grapple or shove opponents. You also have advantage when defending against being grappled/restrained.
•You gain advantage on attack rolls against a creature you are currently grappling when attacking with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon. You also counts as one size larger for the purposes of grappling and shoving.
