Prerequisite: Must have the ability to cast spells.
You have bound yourself to a witches' coven and thus can draw strength from them.
If you are at least within 30 feet of another coven member, you gain a +1 to your spell attack, +1 to your spell's save DC, and +1 to your spell casting modifier.
For every 3 coven members within 30 feet of each other, gain an additional +1 to your spell attack, +1 to your spell's save DC, and +1 to your spell casting modifier.
e.g. +2 at 3 coven members, +3 at 6 coven members, +4 at 9 coven members, etc.
