When reduced to zero hit points, roll 1d6, on a 5 - 6, you are instead reduced to the amount of Hit Points represented on the die. On a 1, the entity takes over your body until reduced to zero Hit Points again,until it releases control, or Bless is cast on you.
You gain Advantage on Constitution saving throw.
