Investiture: Pewter Allomancy

 A creature invested with the power of Pewter Allomancy is known as a "Thug" and is granted the following abilities:

The Thug may ingest and "burn" Pewter; until the end of the thugs next turn, the Thug gains +3 to strength-based attack rolls and adds 3 damage to any hits made with an attack modified in this way.  The thug adds 10 to its speed and gains advantage on strength-based skill checks. 

While burning Pewter if the Thug is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, the Thug can drop to 1 hit point instead. 

The thug may burn metal a number of times between long rests equal to 2 + their proficiency bonus.
