Lycanthropy is not immediately apparent, the first signs are a slow build up of animalistic tendencies. The rate of progression depends on the severity of the bite.
Your options once infected with Werewolf Lycanthropy are to:
Seek a Cure- Methods are up to the DM to determine.
Fully Submit to the Curse- Permanently transforming you into Werewolf Form, and permanently losing control of your character. There is no coming back from this unless cured by someone else.
Resist the Curse Causing you to transform into Werewolf Form against your will during a full moon. A DC20 Constitution Save can prevent this.
Learn to Control the Curse-You fully lose control during a full moon and must make a DC 20 Constitution save or are transformed against your will into Werewolf Form for the night. Once you learn to control your Lycanthropy, you can transform into a Hybrid Form without losing control.
Werewolf Form
On the night of a full moon you can make a DC 20 Constitution Save at dusk to resist the transformation. On a failed save you fully transform into a wolf, in this form you are aggressive and lose all control of your character. All items equip or held fall to the ground. You go on an uncontrolled rampage, of which you have no memory the next day, in this form you are mindless and will attack anyone on sight, regardless of your level of friendship. However, deep seeded distain for certain people or creatures can subconsciously affect this rampage, giving you a tendency to steer your rampage towards those your dislike or harbor ill will towards. At dawn you revert to you normal form with no memory of the events of the previous night.
Hybrid Form
Once per day, as a Bonus Action you can transform into a werewolf hybrid for 10 minutes. While in this form you remain fully in control and gain the following features.
-Temporary Hit Points equal to your Character Level + your Constitution Modifier times two.
-Resistance to all bludgeoning, piecing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons that ARE NOT silvered (Including natural weapons)
-Vulnerability to all bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from weapons that ARE silvered (Including natural weapons)
-Advantage on Constitution Saving Throws
-You can use any weapon or spells you would normally possess, you also gain the following additional attack options:
As an Action you can make one Bite and/or as a Bonus Action you can make one Claw attack,
