Prerequisite: Must be given directly by the goddess of Knowledge herself, Ioun, to the player. The feat cant be learned by Ability Score improvement.
This is a very rare and powerful spell that is only learned and given by the Goddess of Knowledge herself, Ioun. This ability/spell grants the user a chance to see the future. The players rolls a D100 and the dungeon master determines the future seen by the player depending on the roll. The Higher the roll the more clear and accurate the vision of the future becomes.
