Tortured Constitution

You eat like a giant and drink like a fish. Years of punishing your stomach and liver and led to a powerful fortitude. you gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You have advantage on saving throws against poison, and you have resistance against poison damage.
• Upon completing a long rest, you regain all of your spent Hit Dice.
• As an action, you can spend Hit Dice to heal yourself, as if you have taken a short rest. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier( minimum of once) per long rest.
