Increase either your Strength, Constitution, Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
In addition to being a Kobold you also count as a dragon for the purpose of prerequisites, spell effects, access to racial feats,etc.
Breath Weapon
When you take the attack action, you may replace on of your attacks with a exaltation of magical energy in a 15 ft cone. Each creature in the area must make a dex save vs a DC equal to 8+con mod+proficiency bonus. Creatures take 2d8 lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much on a successful one. Damage increase by 1d8 at level 5, 11, and 17.
You may use this a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.
