• you can modify an attack roll once per turn to roll against an enemies dexterity modifier +10, instead of their standard armor class. has no effect on AC reduction if the target is using an unarmored defense feature
• ignore loading property on heavy crossbows
• double the proficiency bonus to heavy crossbows
