Ever feel the need to grapple four enemies at once? The need to accomplish four high-fives at once? Or just look plain menacing (more if you already ugly)? Say no more, this trait allows you to protrude two extra arms out of your torso (usually below your original arms, but that is your call). How you achieved this is up to your role playing abilities (be more creative than "I woke up like this").
+1 AC, as enemies are a little more cautious about stepping into range of four arms, and people aren't use to shooting at something that has more than the average flailing body parts (harder to choose what to hit).
+1 Charisma, as enemies are a little off put about the arms, people always want to talk to you about them, and ladies want to know what you can do with em.
+1 Strength OR Dexterity, because sprouting two arms is a little to get use to. You concentrate on knowing how to use them through Strength or Dexterity.
Bonus Action unarmed strikes now double damage die (i.e: 1d6 now becomes 2d6). More fists equals more punches, simple math.
