Your practiced napping leaves you invigorated when you're awake. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Str or Dex score by 1, to a max of 20.
- Whenever you spend 1 or more hit dice during a short rest, you can regain an extra 1d6 hp.
- At the end of a long rest, you gain inspiration.
