Feline Telepathy (Charisma)

You awaken the ability to mentally connect with cat-like creatures, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can speak telepathically to any feline you can see within 60 feet of you. This can include Tabaxi and displacer beasts. The creature understands your telepathic utterances and may speak telepathically back to you if it has an intelligence of at least 5. If it has less than 5 intelligence, it can only relay simple ideas, emotions and images.
