Fey Dragonmark (House of Glam) [OMEGA]

You have manifested a Fey Dragonmark that denotes you are a direct descendant of the House of Glam. The symbol is a Faerie dragon with butterfly wings and a monocle. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You learn one cantrip and one 1st level spell of your choice from the Warlock spell list that will be re-flavored to be draconic or fey in nature, lightning for its damage type, as well as Touch in range if applicable. That cantrip and spell are cast through your mark. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells. The cantrip has infinite uses, but the 1st level spell has 3 per Short Rest.
• When you cast the 1st-level spell or cantrip through your mark, you may choose to roll one of your hit dice. If you roll an even number, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to the number rolled. If you roll an odd number, one random creature within 5 feet of you (not including you) takes lightning damage equal to the number rolled. If no other creatures are in range, you take the damage.
• When you use your dragonmark, the mark itself becomes animated and leaves your body, floating over your shoulder singing a strange song in draconic and sporting a top hat.

At the 10th Level, your character will gain access to an Epic Boon of your choosing, which will be added as a separate Feat.
