You've learned how to transform into a limited number of animals:

• Choose two beasts with a challenge rating of 1/8 or lower that don't have a fly or swim speed. You can use your action to magically assume the shape of one of these beasts, expending one use of your wildshape. You can stay in your beast shape for a number of hours equal to half your druid level (round down, minimum 30 minutes). This feat otherwise functions identically to the wildshape feature of the druid.
• You gain one use of wildshape to transform into one of the chosen beasts (this use is added to any uses of wildshape you have from another source but can only be used to transform into one of your chosen beasts). You regain all expended uses of wildshape when you finish a short or long rest.

If I don't have any druid levels, how long does this work for?

If you don't have any druid levels, then effectively your druid level is zero. Therefore, since half of zero is zero, and minimum 30 minutes, then you can stay in beast shape for 30 minutes.
