Hunter's Mark Revised

1st level ranger feature that replaces favored foe, and the use of the hunters mark spell
* Proficiency/day as bonus action you can mark a creature within 60 feet, until incapacitated or a number of hours equal to your wisdom bonus minimum 1. You gain adavantage on perception/survival against the marked target. You also additional 1d4 weapon damage against the marked creature., which increases to 1d6 at 6th level, and to 1d10 at 11th level. When a marked creature is reduced to 0 hp you can use your bonus action to move the mark to another creature within 60 feet. The marks effect can notices with a perception/investigation check equaling the users spell DC.
