Persephone lays claim to their soul.

Your unarmed strikes are replaced with Touch of Death. On a successful hit, you mark them for death.

A creature marked for death must make a saving throw at the beginning of each of its turns until the end of combat. The type of saving throw and its associated consequence comes in an ordered list. All saving throws start with DC 8. On success, the DC decreases by 1. On failure, it suffers the associated consequence and must make the next saving throw on the list at the beginning of its next turn. Each subsequent mark of death increases the DC by 1 or resets Touch of Death, whichever DC is higher.

The saving throws are as follows:

  1. CON: creature's movement is reduced to 0
  2. INT: creature takes 2d20 damage
  3. WIS: creature can't heal or be healed
  4. STR: creature attacks with disadvantage
  5. DEX: creature's AC is reduced by 1d6
  6. CHA: creature's health is reduced to 1

Touch of Death can be removed by killing the source, being dispelled, or reducing the DC to 0.
