You manifest a tougher body as well as claws & spikes due to your insectoid ancestry. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You manifest retractable claws from the tips of your fingers & spikes from your forearms. Extending or retracting the claws & spikes requires no action. The claws & spikes are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d6 + your Dexterity modifier, instead of the normal bludgeoning damage for an unarmed strike.
- Your body toughens. While you aren't wearing armor, you can calculate your AC as 10 + your Constitution modifier + your Dexterity modifier.
