Having spent decades honing and training your mind and body, you have finally become the ultimate weapon. Unlike traditional warriors who may use a wide assortment/variety of weaponry, the simplicity of unarmed or close-quarter combat is one that appeals to your nature. Due to the extensive physical and mental training you had to endure as a student, you are comfortable in your capabilities. But there is always room for improvement. So what have you truly mastered? Your Mind? Or your Body?

Posted Jul 31, 2019Unless this feat breaks the 20 maximum for ability scores it is just an ASI and is therefore completely pointless and if it does break the maximum why wouldn't you have the prerequisite as wisdom or dexterity 20? Even if this is something akin to a boon feat you could just increase the ability manually.

Posted Apr 25, 2020Oh my gosh, I just figured out what this is for: Variant humans can go to 18 at level one with this! As many downvotes as this has gotten, I feel like the changeling race has set a precedent that makes this actually pretty fair and effective, if only at first level. Maybe let it go beyond 20 if you want it to have higher utility? Regardless, I think it's a pretty nice option for vhumans, and I might run it by some of my friends to see if they'd consider it in one of our games.

Posted Feb 1, 2026"use your score improvement for the same effect" my brother is Christ(or whatever religion you believe in, the saying just uses Christ as an example) it doesn't have a number cap. that being said it doesn't say repeatable so the best you could get is 22 or 32 if you take in the late game.
