Once per day, as a bonus action, a creature you can see Makes a DC check of 8 +  Proficiency Bonus + class modifier.  Upon failure any attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks receive – 1d4+1.  If the creature saves the DC then they get –2 to attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks.  This resets after a Long Rest is completed.  "The future offers the most hardships." - Fiora
