You've learned how to utilize the power of the natural world. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength, Dexterity or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Your speed increases by 10 feet.
- While you aren't wearing armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and Saving throws.
- You can no longer be flanked by creatures you can see, if optional rules are being followed ( DMG p.251).
