Elemental Blue World

Once per long rest, you may do the following.

• Your attunement to the elemental forces of water allow you to extend an aspect of your abilities and skills with water to your companions. As an action, you grant up to 8 willing creatures the ability to breath water and a swim speed equal to their walking speed for 8 hours.
• Cast the Speak with Animals spell requiring no material, verbal, or somatic components. This spell works only on beasts with a swim speed.

Once per short rest, you may do the following. 

• You're attunenment to the fluid balance and circulatory systems of your friends allows you to stabilize an unconscious companion. As an action, and requiring no material, verbal, or somatic components, you replicate the effects of the spell Spare the Dying at a range of 30 feet.
