Requires the ability to use Ki.
Ki flows in and out of you like a magic conduit, you are it, and it is you. In moments of great force, you can choose to expend more for a more powerful affect, or draw in latent Ki from your enemies.
Whenever you subject a creature to a saving throw that would expend at least 1 Ki point, you can choose to expend an extra Ki point to have one creature that must make the saving throw do so with disadvantage.
Additionally, whenever you land a critical hit on a creature, you immediately regain 1 Ki point.
