The ability to manipulate the winds gives you expertise with acrobatics and advantage on animal handling, intimidation, and persuasion checks with beasts.
As a bonus action you may sing the note of Feng and gain the following benefits for ten minutes:
- Wind swirls around you, causing ranged weapon attacks made against you or allies within 5 feet to have disadvantage on the attack roll.
- You gain a fly speed equal to your speed.
You can activate Feng a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, this resets on a long rest.
In addition you may cast the following spells once per long rest, requiring only the verbal component: Control Winds, Gust of Wind, Wind Wall, and Dominate Beast.
All benefits of Feng are lost while you cannot speak, such as under the effects of the silence spell.
