Bahamut Boon: The Chain Breaker Image
Prerequisite: You must be Zelphir Whitesmoke

You are permanently released from your chains that once held you. Now you have the ability to release those who weren't so fortunate. You gain the following effects:

Summon Loyal Steed (at will):

You can use your action to summon your loyal steed to appear in an unoccupied space within 30 feet. Your steed serves you as a mount, both in combat and out, and you have an instinctive bond with it that allows you to fight as a seamless unit. While mounted on your steed, you can make any spell you cast that targets only you also target your steed. When the steed drops to 0 hit points, it disappears, leaving behind no physical form. You can also dismiss your steed at any time as an action, causing it to disappear. While the Steed is gone, it heals at a rate of 6d6 hp per hour.

You can bond to one willing creature with an intelligence of 5 or under by performing a special ritual while you touch the creature. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. You can then dismiss the steed, shunting it into an extra dimensional space, and it appears whenever you summon it thereafter. The steed ceases being bonded to  you if you die, if you release the steed from its bond as an action, or if you use a 1 hour ritual on a different steed.

While your steed is within 1 mile of you, you can communicate with each other telepathically.
