take +1 to your intelligence or wisdom
when you first take this feat you are no longer able to take a long rest. instead you lay awake, going over many things in your head. every time you want to take a long rest you must roll a constitution saving throw. if you beat the dc of 10 then you get the benefits of a long rest without sleeping. if you fail then you gain one point of exhaustion.
