Familiar Concentration

You may use an action to transfer concentration of a spell you are maintaining to your familiar. Your familiar must be within 30 feet of you. Once concentration is transferred you are no longer concentrating on the spell, and your familiar is the one that counts as concentrating. If your familiar casts a concentration spell or has another contraction spell transferred to it, then the concentration ends on the first one. If your familiar takes damage it must make a constitution save to maintain concentration, and if your familiar becomes incapacitated or dies, then concentration ends.
