hero skill meteor strike paladin

use a skill point before making an attack you may choose for the attack meteor skrike. this can work with smite. you can only use this one per turn of combat. it can be a normal attack or an opportunity attack. this attack allows the user to it the enemy in front of them with the force of a meteor. the attack does 4d8 force damage going up but 1d8 every 2 levels. please remind dm to change it. it levels on even levels.
