heros skill meteor strike sorcerer

use a skill point before making an attack you may choose for the attack meteor skrike. . you can only use this one per turn of combat. it can be a normal attack or an opportunity attack. this attack allows the user to it the enemy in front of them with the force of a meteor. the attack does 4d8 force damage going up but 1d8 every 2 levels. please remind dm to change it. it levels on even levels.
