You have made a pact with an embodiment of gluttony by feeding it... while it may have been a foolish thing, you have been both cursed and blessed with two seperate abilities
Gluttony Once per long rest, you may consume the body of a creature and gain 20% of it's hitpoints as Temporary Hit Points. The flesh of the creature mist be consumed in it's entirety to perform the effect, however. (Temporary Hit Points wear off during a long rest.)
Ravenous The world has become your lavish feast, formed to cater to you and you alone. You cannot become full from food, and can eat endlessly. You will eternally be afflicted with a pain in your abdomen to remind you to eat. If the character goes without eating for 7 days, however... you can perish on the spot.
