Prerequisite: Requires Dhampir race
- You can use an action to polymorph into a Tiny bat or Medium wolf, or back into your true form. Your statistics, other than your size and speed, are unchanged. Anything you are wearing transforms with you, but nothing you are carrying does. You revert to your true form if you die.
- While in bat or wolf form, you can’t speak. In bat form, your walking speed is 5 feet, you have a flying speed of 30 feet, and you can only make vampiric bite attacks. In wolf form, your walking speed is 40 feet and you gain a bite attack that deals 2d4 + your Strength damage, this attack replaces your vampiric bite trait. You cannot use most equipment unless it is an item that can be used in your current form. At GM's discretion, your armor and worn magical items may transform with your new form and may be usable.
