Expanded Magical Knowledge [revised]

You can access higher level spells according to the slots you have.

Add two known spell for each slot of a level higher than the level you can normally cast spells. Each spell you learn this way must be from a different spellcasting class. Those spells still count against the number of prepared spells of their original classes.
