Ambidextrous

When you cast a spell with a touch range, if your other hand is empty, you may repeat the spell to another creature within touch range as a bonus action. The second cast will consume a separate spells slot to the first spell. i.e. if you used Cure Wounds, and used it as for your bonus action as well, you would consume 2 spell slots that turn instead. The second cast can only be of a spell level equal to or lower than the first cast. If you do not have enough spell slots to cast a second touch spell, then you cannot take this bonus action.
