The symbiote on your arm has matured and gained (on in this case re-gained) its full sentience. Due to the nature of this being it has given you the following benefits.
- You have grown an additional mouth upon your hand, when you use your "Vampiric Bite" feature you can use the fangs on your right hand instead of your normal ones to deal an additional 1d4 damaging adding the result to the bites other effects as well.
- You learn the vampiric touch spell, you can cast the spell once without expending a spell slot regaining the ability to do so on a long rest. You can also cast the spell using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
