Through some connection to a dragon, your kobold form has been altered. This could be from a pact with a dragon or from being near to one for a long time. You grow wings and have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. Your scales also change slightly in color to closer mimic that dragon. Depending on the dragon you also gain a breath attack similar to what a Dragonborn has. It does slightly less damage but you can fly and they can't.
