As long as you maintain an Aristocratic lifestyle (10 gp/day) and are stylishly dressed in fine clothes, you gain the following benefits. 

• +2 Deception among those of a similar station in life (governors, royalty, courtesans, wealthy merchants).
• +3 Persuasion among the merchant class. A Successful Persuasion check against a merchant’s Wisdom reduces an item’s cost by 1/10th and then 1/4 the original price.
• +4 Intimidation among those of a lower station in life. Common folk will do their best, within reason,  to accommodate your wishes.
