Healing factor

You regenerate and heal wounds when you have the time to focus on them. As long as you don't take more damage you can slowly recover from certain wounds. You regenerate 5 hp times your level (max 25) every round as long as you did not take any damage that round.

At level 18 the non-damage requirement falls off, you now heal 25 hp every round.
