You gain the following benefits:

You can use your bonus action to go down on all fours. Whilst crawling, you can now move up to 15ft further than normal, without using the dash action. It also costs a bonus action to stand back up. You also gain a climbing speed of 15ft. Whilst crawling, you cannot attack with your weapons or cast spells that require semantic or material components. You may bite, swipe your claws or use an unarmed strike, and cast spells that only use verbal. You cannot be wearing heavy armor, medium armor or shields to use this ability,.

Your unarmed strikes can become slashing, instead of bludgeoning, and deal 1d4 +  Strength Modifier damage.

Your tail can also slap a target, dealing 1d4 + Strength Modifier damage. This attack is a bonus action.
You cannot target the same creature with this weapon attack or tail, as you can with another weapon attack.

You can use this a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier. You regain expended uses on a short or long rest.
