Rites of the Risen. Your creature type is now Undead and you are considered Undead in respect to all spells, abilities and effects. You gain Darkvision (60ft) unless you already had longer range Darkvision. You are immune to necrotic and poison damage. You are resistant to psychic and cold damage. You are vulnerable to radiant and fire damage.

Curse of the Dead. Your flesh will begin to rot away 4 days after acquiring the curse. This will lower your maximum HP by 8. Every 4 days that follow you will rot further, lowering your max HP by 8 every time. When your maximum HP reaches 0 you crumble into dust and die. You do not get saving throws and cannot be revived.

Deathly Constitution. Healing spells and healing potions have no effect on you and being exposed to direct sunlight for more than 8 hours a day results in 1 level of exhaustion. You can now only stomach meat as food. Humanoid raw meat regains 2d4+1 HP per pound, any other raw meat is 1d4+1 HP per pound. The effect of rotten meat is halved. Cooked meat does not restore HP.

Awakened Dead. You are no longer capable of sleep, nor do you require it. You are unable to remove exhaustion via sleep. To remove 1 level of exhaustion you must eat half your weight in raw meat.

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces you to 0 hit points, you can make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, you immediately rise to your feet with 1 hit point remaining.

Burst. If damage reduces you to 0 hit points, and you fail your Constitution saving throw to get back up (Undead Fortitude) the curse within you explodes outward. Each creature within 15 feet of it must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. After the burst you continue with your death saving throws as normal. A humanoid creature killed by your burst rises a husk zombie after 1 minute.

Play Dead. You get advantage on performance checks when playing dead. You can add your proficiency bonus to performance checks when playing dead and surrounded by other corpses. When surrounded by corpses (or in any location favorable to the appearance of a corpse e.g. graveyard, battlefield) you gain advantage and get to add your proficiency bonus to stealth checks.

Scare Tactics. Your terrifying appearance gives you advantage on intimidation checks. However, it gives you disadvantage on persuasion checks. Merchants and NPC's may also be fearful of you and refuse to trade with you.

Reanimation Rites. If you lose a limb, you can reattach it by holding it in place for the duration of a short rest. You can also replace lost body parts from dead or undead humanoids. New parts eventually adopt your characteristics and do not affect your ability scores.

Undead Kinship. Most undead with low intelligence (such as zombies or skeletons) are not hostile toward you. They see you as one of their own and have no interest in hurting or killing you, unless you attack them first, or they are under the control or orders of another being.
