When flying, but not riding a flying mount, you increase your flying speed by 5, and you are able to enter and leave an enemy's reach without being subject to an opportunity attack or any reaction triggered by the same type of mechanic. This latter ability is not considered a disengage and only works if you start your turn out of the enemy's reach and proceed to both enter and leave the enemy's reach during the same turn.
