Ki Blocker

You've learned to read the Ki of your opponents, letting your knowledge guide your strikes. You can add double your proficiency bonus to the Insight Skill and when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike you may spend 1 Ki point and apply one of the following effects:

• Force them to make a Wisdom save or be slowed as per the spell for one minute or until they save at the end of their turn.
• Force them to make a Wisdom save or deal half damage with strength based weapon attacks for one minute or until they save at the end of their turn.
• Force them to make a Wisdom save of subtract 1d4 from their attack rolls and saving throws for 1 minute or until they save at the end of their turn.
