you can pick up and throw objects as a single attack
you can make a Strength saving throw when objects are thrown at you. if your roll exceeds the roll to attack, you can catch the object and choose to either set it down, hold it, or if you beat the roll by 5 or more, you can use a reaction to throw the object back.
you have advantage on saving throw to throw your opponents.
