- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain immunity to the damaged type Your race would offer you resistance again. I.e. If your you are a Tiefling and you have resistance to fire damage you instead gain immunity to fire damage.
- You have advantage on saving throws against being put to sleep against your will.
