You are blind in one eye. This gives you -2 passive perception and investigation on sight based checks.
In return, you gain the service of a spirit sent by the Raven Queen to watch over you. The spirit is friendly to you and your companions and obeys your commands. See this creature’s game statistics in the sentinel raven stat block. The spirit assumes the form of a raven.

Actions
Invisibility. The sentinel raven magically turns invisible until it attacks or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the sentinel raven wears or carries is invisible with it.
The sentinel raven acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it shares your initiative and acts on your turn. The sentinel raven can’t attack, but it can take other actions as normal.
While the sentinel raven is within 100 feet of you, you can communicate with it telepathically. Additionally, as an action, you can see through the sentinel raven’s eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses.
When you cast a spell with a range of touch, the sentinel raven can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell. The raven must be within 100 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the spell when you cast it. If the spell requires an attack roll, you use your attack modifier for the roll.
The sentinel raven doesn’t require sleep. While it is within 100 feet of you, it can awaken you from sleep as a bonus action.
The sentinel raven vanishes when it dies, if you die, or if the two of you are separated by more than 5 miles.
At the end of a short or long rest, you can call the sentinel raven back to you—no matter where it is or whether it died—and it reappears within 5 feet of you.
