You form a powerful bond with a weapon with which you have proficiency and have faced many travels with. To initiate the bond, you must have proficiency with your chosen weapon as well as using it in combat more than 10 times total. Upon meeting these requirements, you must take an hour to concentrate on the weapon. After concentrating for the time required, the weapon is bound to you and becomes an extension of your body and soul.
When the weapon is not in your possession, you may call it back to you as a free action. The weapon moves physically through the world so if it is obstructed or blocked in any way, it doesn't return. While attuned to the weapon, it also gains an additional 1d6 of damage that matches its normal damage type. The weapon also becomes far more durable, only extreme damage will cause it to break and anything attempting to destroy the weapon with force must make a Strength save (DC18) or fail and take the weapon's damage as psychic damage. If the weapon fires projectiles, the projectiles can also be summoned back to you just as the weapon can. If the weapon is ever broken, an hour of meditation on the weapon will return it to you in perfect quality, this returning uses any pieces left of the weapon as a catalyst. If there are no pieces left, then the weapon cannot be recreated.
