Being so mentally unhinged and absolutely mad, this creature has been physically and mentally untethered from the plane of existence that they traverse and now floats uninhibited by the laws of gravity. As well as not being tide down by gravity this creature is also not bound by the plane of existence that they're in and tend to blink in and out of the current plane. Their mental state shifts constantly if left unchecked or if they are not focused enough to keep from shifting mental states. This goes for their control over their floating and blinking abilities. If they are left unchecked and there mental state starts to loose focus they may start to float about and blink uncontrollably, leading to floating too far or too high or blinking completely into another plain. Due to their unhinged nature this creature is not able to sleep unless the are tide down, other then that they will not be able to take a long rest.
This feat trades this creature's walking speed for a flying speed equal to their walking speed, the ability to teleport anywhere within 30 feet, and within site, of where they currently are. After every long and short rest the creature must make a concentration saving throw plus their constitution modifier agents a DC of 15 or suffer one of the consequences listed on the Unhinged Table of Consequences given. This creature is not able to sleep unless the are tide down, other then that they will not be able to take a long rest.
Unhinged Table of Consequences
Upon failing concentration saving throw DM rolls a D4 for on of these consequences
1: Unhinged creature starts to float uncontrollably higher and higher immediately and wont stop floating away. They may be tide down to another party member or to an object heavier then them self to stop floating away, but if they are untied or cut loose they will continue to float away until they take another long or short rest.
2: Unhinged creature goes mad an attacks the nears creature to them. They will continue to attack this creature, and anything else that may attack them till the creatures they're attacking are dead or until they're subdued and brought back to their senses. DC roll of 10 must be beaten by anyone who tries to calm this unhinged creature.
3: Unhinged creature refuses to do anything except to curl up into a ball and do nothing until they take another long or short rest.
4: Unhinged creature blinks out of the current plane and in to a plane chosen by the DM and are stuck there until they take another long or short rest and remember what plane they were suppose to be in. Upon waking up from said long or short rest they blink back to the plane they left from in the place they left from.
